I'm 22 and have a bad knee. It has no cartilage so it's prone to creaking and locking up real bad to the point I have to use crutches to get around and Lawrence Ringo really did leave us a gift. When I had this I really did notice I was moving better so I'll definitely be ordering more in the future.

This strain helps with my anxiety depression and daily pain. It also give me a bit of a buzz/elated feeling. I don’t smoke full THC no problems with it just not for me. But this strain definitely is.

I order only OZ'S from Plain Jane..I've tried a lot of Hemp Flowers... By far Ringo has proven to be the best... It has the soothing affects that I have been searching for... I suffer from Daily Stress Issues as a result of a fast paced employment environment... which results into Sleep issues from getting to sleep... to staying a sleep... Ringo has delivered a relaxed comfortable feeling in the evenings... The next day I feel well rested and eager to take on the days challenge of being a Broker... YES.. I give RINGO 5 Stars... and I will definitely order Ringo again... Love the Citrus smell and smooth taste.. No hard after taste at all.. I want to stress that..Plain Jane's shipping of the product... Tried this out for my panic disorder. At 1st freaked out a little bit. Do to being sober constantly my body and mind alert me every little difference. So once the alteration took place it passed about 5 to 10 minutes. Then became body high. Smoking it more though it gives me a 2 minute buzz then it's all body again. So anyone with PTSD severe aniexty that does not like to be unaware or incoherent. This is a good starter bud.
