These work really well. I've been having a terrible time sleeping due to stress and melatonin alone wasn't cutting it. These knock me out and I sleep through the night.The downside is they taste really bad to me. The sugar on the outside is fine but if I chew them thoroughly... no. So I just try not to chew much and then chase them with some water. I'd love to find something that tastes better but if this is just how it has to be to cram enough active ingredient into one gummy it's worth it.
