Where Plain Jane ships

Plain Jane ships within eligible United States destinations and U.S. territories. International shipping is not available.

Plain Jane does not currently accept orders with delivery addresses in Alabama, California, Idaho, Iowa, Nevada, New Jersey, Oregon, Utah, or Washington.

THCA products cannot be shipped to Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, or Washington.

Product restrictions can change. A product appearing on the site does not guarantee that it can be shipped to every destination.

Processing and delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, after payment is successfully processed. Age, identity, address, fraud, or shipping-eligibility review can take longer.

Available carriers, prices, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after carrier acceptance and are not guarantees. Tracking is sent when available.
