Absolutely bone dry - humidity packs are not much of a cost it would be great to see one included for my > $50 purchase. Otherwise great value for the money. I had to lower my expectations somewhat though thankfully this particular product did not have seeds which I'd consider to be a deal breaker - more on that when I review the Jack Herer.
