I'm not really feeling the effects of the oil. I'm a smoker so Using the oil is new to me. It does upset my stomach somewhat and that's not something I want to deal with. Could be doing something wrong........

First time use of CBD. I'm a semi-serious endurance athlete - long-distance hiking cycling former runner paddling XC skiing and now getting older (mid 50's). Recently knees thumbs shoulders have been getting progressively more painful. I chose the 1000 mg CBD oil for a full-spectrum solution to try and knock down all those aches and pains that added up to taking an hour in the morning to be able to bend down and pick up my dogs bowl to feed them. So what were the results after about a week of using 1/2 a dropper full 2x per day no knee pain no wrist pain minimal shoulder pain I wake up and can bend down right away. I'm honestly amazed and now truly believe in the benefits of CBD for joint/tendon pain.
