I purchased this oil as a first time CBD user in hopes that the oil would give me some pain relief. The oil itself isn't very pleasant but it goes down smoothly and doesn't have an after taste.I ran through this bottle pretty quickly. I felt like I needed more than normal to really keep my pain at bay. It did offer some relief but the bottle size was way too small for me.I am not sure how well it did for anxiety/depression. I didn't notice a huge difference in my mood.I think this is a great product to have on hand in addition to other CBD products to get the most out of it.
