When I first stumbled upon Plain Jane I had tried their CBD joints and I thought those worked pretty good on me. But I also had wanted to try the CBD oil to see what that would do for me and I had gotten the full spectrum oil. When I started using it I would use it wherever I would either start feeling stressed or was stressed out. It's been working out really well for me and I can tell the difference from before I started taking it! I'll definitely be buying more as soon as my other bottle is gone. :)

I use CBD to deal with severe chronic pain and this is the best oil I've found. It also eases anxiety from PTSD with even a small dose 1 mg or less works quickly. For pain I take 1-2 mg at bedtime for deeper sustained sleep (key to easing chronic pain) as well as 2 mg in about 1 liter of water that gets drunk through the night. Great medicine!

This was a fabulous recommendation from my doula for emotional support during my pregnancy. I'd used other CBD oils in the past for a much higher cost. While this doesn't have a flavor to it it's also such a low-profile taste that it's still easy to take & just as effective as what I was using before.
