Kentucky’s rule names the restricted plant forms
Section 2 of 902 KAR 45:012 lists whole hemp buds, ground hemp floral material and ground hemp leaf material among products that may not be marketed, sold or distributed directly to consumers in a retail setting. It also restricts hemp products above the rule’s total delta-9 THC concentration limit.
