Plain Jane Rewards
Plain Jane Rewards turns eligible purchases and account activity into PJ Points you can use toward future orders. Your balance and available rewards are kept inside our secure Rewards Hub so they stay connected to your customer account.
How to earn PJ Points
Members earn 1 PJ Point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases. The Rewards Hub may also show additional ways to earn, such as creating an account, celebrating a birthday, or completing eligible community activities.
What your points are worth
100 PJ Points can be redeemed for $1 off an eligible order. You choose when to redeem, so you can use a smaller reward sooner or keep saving points for a larger discount.
Check your balance
- Open the secure Rewards Hub using the button below.
- Sign in with the email connected to your Plain Jane customer account. Shopify may also offer a “Continue with Shop” sign-in option.
- Your current PJ Points balance, earning activity, and available rewards will appear in the hub.
The sign-in step protects your individual balance; it is not a separate rewards program.
How to redeem PJ Points
- Sign in and open the Rewards Hub.
- Select the reward you want to redeem.
- Follow the displayed instructions to use that reward on an eligible order.
Points do not currently expire. Reward availability and eligibility are shown in your account when you redeem.
