These Terms of Service govern your use of plainjane.com and purchases from Plain Jane. By visiting the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked from this site. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase products.

Adult consumers and business purchasers

You must be at least 21 years old to access this site or purchase hemp-derived products. By using the site, you represent that you meet the applicable age requirement and have legal capacity to enter into these terms. Consumers may purchase eligible products for lawful personal use. Businesses may purchase products specifically offered through Plain Jane’s Bulk THCA Flower collection for lawful resale when the buyer, transaction, product, destination, and downstream sale satisfy all applicable requirements. We may use age, identity, address, fraud, product, and destination reviews and may refuse or cancel an order that cannot be verified or fulfilled lawfully.

Hemp products and responsible purchasing

Plain Jane sells hemp-derived products intended only for adults. Product availability depends on the item, delivery address, current law, carrier rules, and our operational restrictions. A product appearing on the site is not a representation that it may be purchased, possessed, transported, or used in every jurisdiction. You are responsible for understanding the rules that apply where you live and where an order will be delivered. Checkout and post-order review may restrict or cancel an ineligible shipment.

Only eligible Bulk THCA Flower products may be purchased for lawful business resale under these terms. Do not divert, transport, resell, or use any product in a prohibited or misleading manner. Do not operate a vehicle or machinery while impaired. Keep all products away from children and animals.

Business resale responsibilities

A business purchaser is solely responsible for the licenses, registrations, tax treatment, resale certificates, testing, packaging, labeling, warnings, marketing, age controls, recordkeeping, and destination rules required for its business and downstream sales. Plain Jane’s acceptance of an order does not approve the buyer’s business, create a tax exemption, certify downstream compliance, or authorize sale in a particular jurisdiction. Do not alter, relabel, market, transport, divert, or resell a product in a prohibited or misleading manner.

Business purchasers must preserve product and batch traceability. A certificate of analysis describes the identified sample and panels shown; it may not be represented as covering a different product, batch, or test.

No implied wholesale privileges

Unless Plain Jane agrees otherwise in writing, a Bulk purchase does not create a wholesale account, guarantee volume or special pricing, approve a tax exemption, reserve inventory, establish recurring supply, grant exclusivity, authorize dropshipping or private or white labeling, or permit use of Plain Jane’s name, marks, photographs, copyrighted media, or other branding on repackaged or independently branded goods. Current product pages, inventory, prices, promotions, checkout eligibility, and shipping options control each order. Submitting an inquiry or completing a prior purchase does not guarantee inventory, pricing, tax treatment, destination eligibility, or approval.

Product information, batches, and certificates of analysis

We work to describe products accurately, but hemp flower and other plant-derived goods naturally vary by harvest and batch. Photos may be representative. Appearance, aroma, trim, density, moisture, cannabinoid content, terpene content, and other agricultural characteristics may vary. Review the current product page and available certificate of analysis before ordering.

Website content is provided for general educational and commercial information. Plain Jane products and content are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease, and nothing on the site is medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before using a cannabinoid product, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, subject to workplace or athletic testing, or have a health condition. Use of hemp products may result in a positive drug test.

Orders, pricing, and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including availability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, age-verification issues, shipping restrictions, carrier limitations, or compliance concerns. If a paid order is canceled, the applicable amount will be returned to the original payment method.

Prices, promotions, inventory, and product availability may change without notice. Coupon or discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash or applied retroactively. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping estimates are not guarantees. Eligibility and available services are determined by the product and delivery address at checkout and may be reviewed after purchase. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and refund policy. Opened or used hemp and consumable products generally cannot be returned for safety, quality, and chain-of-custody reasons.

Accounts and site security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Do not attempt to interfere with the site, bypass age or location controls, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a disruptive manner, or use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

Reviews and submitted content

If you submit a review, photo, comment, or other content, you represent that it is truthful, based on your experience, and does not violate another person’s rights. You grant Plain Jane a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit for formatting, publish, and display that content in connection with the store and its marketing. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, promotional spam, or unrelated to the product or service.

Intellectual property

The site and its text, graphics, branding, photographs, design, and other content are owned by Plain Jane or used with permission. You may use the site to shop and obtain information for permitted personal or business purchases under these terms. No other right or license is granted without written permission.

Third-party services and links

The store may rely on Shopify, payment providers, carriers, review platforms, analytics services, age-verification providers, and other third parties. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for the content or availability of an unrelated third-party website.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the site and services are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties not expressly stated in these terms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular product experience, or that general educational content will fit an individual purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plain Jane will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Plain Jane and its service providers harmless from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the site or products, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

Changes, severability, and contact

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and changing the last-updated date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
