Where Plain Jane ships
Plain Jane ships only within the United States and U.S. territories. We do not offer international shipping.
We currently do not ship any products to: Alabama, California, Idaho, Iowa, Nevada, New Jersey, Oregon, Utah, or Washington.
We currently do not ship THCA products to: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, or Washington.
Product and destination restrictions can change. Eligibility is determined using the item and delivery address at checkout and may be reviewed after an order is submitted. A product appearing on the site does not guarantee that it can be shipped to every destination.
Order processing
We fulfill orders the same business day whenever possible. Orders placed outside the fulfillment window are generally processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, after payment is successfully processed. Orders requiring age, identity, address, fraud, or shipping-eligibility review may take longer.
Shipping services and tracking
Available carriers and services are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after the package has been accepted by the carrier and are not guarantees. A shipping confirmation with tracking information is sent when available.
Domestic orders over $99 qualify for the free-shipping option currently offered by Plain Jane and are generally sent using USPS Priority Mail. An adult signature may be required by law, by the carrier, or for orders valued at $200 or more.
Shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law or when a confirmed shipping error was caused by Plain Jane.
Delivery addresses and forwarding services
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Plain Jane does not guarantee delivery, product condition, or order recovery when a mail-forwarding or package-reshipping service is used. We may decline an address that cannot be validated or that conflicts with product restrictions.
Delayed, lost, or stolen packages
Carrier delays can occur after a package leaves our facility. Use the tracking information and contact the carrier first when a shipment is delayed. USPS can be reached at 800-ASK-USPS, and UPS can be reached at 866-PICK-UPS.
USPS Ground Advantage shipments of flower may not include insurance. USPS Priority Mail may include limited carrier insurance. Carrier claim waiting periods, documentation, and coverage limits apply. Plain Jane cannot decide a USPS or UPS claim on the carrier’s behalf.
Plain Jane is not responsible for a package stolen after carrier-confirmed delivery to the address supplied at checkout. If tracking shows delivery but the package cannot be located, check with household members, neighbors, the local carrier office, or building management and contact us if further order documentation is needed.
Returns
Return eligibility and instructions are provided in our Return and refund policy. Do not send a product back without first contacting us.
