I did good deal researching cbg and cbd before I ordered this. It sounded very interesting so I bought this. I smoked one bowl by itself and within a few minutes I was more relaxed and content than with just cbd. Than I added some Rogue and it seemed to really enhance the cbd bud. Had a little more before bed time and slept like a baby. Woke up alert and refreshed. Smoke is mild yet still pleasing. I think if you mix this with any other bud (including thc bud) you will never go back without it. I am ordering more immediately. Thanks Plain Jane!!!

Interesting stuff. The bud grinds up fluffy and looks almost white and doesnt have much skunk funk to it at all. Inhalation and taste wise its pretty smooth. Not real harsh on the throat and has a herbal and earthy flavor that is similar to hay and something else that i cant place. Function wise not sure how to take this stuff so i just smoked a bowl waited 5-10 mins then smoked my cbd bud. The effects did feel enhanced since my tolerance has gotten higher lately. The body buzz felt stronger and made me feel more relaxed and comfortable in my own skin. My mood felt uplifted again like when i first started cbd. I'll buy more if by the time i run out my experience remains positive. Only downside is it is fairly pricey so if you're prone to developing tolerances quickly like me it might end up being to costly to keep in the rotation.

I have enjoyed smoking this one in the morning while I am getting my dogs out as a way to enter the right meaning my stomach issues and irregularities in the morning are greatly eased and I dont get the typical nasuea I am accustomed to as I get moving. My main reason for pursuing the CBG flower was of course to test its ability to aid in treating the symptoms of my glaucoma and I have to say there has been some noticeable difference I am using it in combination with my eyedrops but my eyes just feel like they are able to be focused without any kind of strain which is hard to describe unless you also find yourself afflicted with the disease. I would like to take a pressure test to check if there has been any measurable drop in my IOP! Overall the buds were nice though a little on the drier side making it one that I tend to mix in with my Elektra plus the combination of CBD and CBG has a really nice synergy.

Does not have much flavor or smell. I use CBD products after the gym and hockey. Adding in CBG has definitely aided in my recovery. Ordering another 7 grams as I type this.

Trim/cure: Trim was acceptable a little leafy but not bad by any stretch and the cure is good. The bud seems a little dry but since I use a dry herb vaporizer this isn't a problem for me. If in doubt drop it in with a moisture control pack to partially rehydrate it if you feel it needs it.Smell/taste: It smells very faint. Not loud at all. Smells mostly like a clean Pine scent almost like a faint whiff of pinesol. Semi floral. The taste was very mild and clean. I was vaping using my CFX through a dry bong I’d imagine smoking this would taste like nothing.Effects: after a full oven in my CFX I had a mild body effect going on. It was clear and clean feeling though mostly underwhelming. My head felt clear no cloudiness or sedation. There's not a lot to say about CBG flower's effects by themselves.However after taking time to sit with the CBG effects and note them I loaded up my CFX with a bowl full of Elektra and ripped that till it was fully extracted. Oh wow. That mild clear body buzz really intensified the Elektra’s body effects and I got some significant relief from the chronic pain in my shoulder. I had a bit of mood elevation where I felt happier and more prone to laughing but not like with THC. I felt very clear minded and my body felt like it was full of a clear light.CBG strains at least right now are underwhelming on their own but really blend nicely with CBD bud. I don’t have any THC bud to blend it with to see what that’s like but I’d imagine it would enhance the experience in a similar way.

Gret smell and taste. Very deep body relaxation! This is very valuable to someone with extreme chronic pain. It's just a bit too pricey. Eventully these CBG strains will be affordable when the hype fades off.

Let me start by telling you how this stuff tastes: unlike any hemp you've had so far. I tasted lime lemon pepper hops dates and fuel. On the back end I tasted dill. YMMV. Effects are very subtle but very pronounced when you pair it with your favorite strain. I did two tests one alone and one mixed with another strain. When I did it alone I was nonplussed. I did feel like some of the pain in my back subsided by 20% or so and I got a nice warm calm feeling but it was mostly a body sensation. After a good 1.5 hours I had a regular CBD strain of flower. WOW. I would say CBG is an amplifier (longer and stronger) for other strains as I had very similar experiences when I mixed cbg and lifter. The lifter felt much much stronger and it lasted about 50% longer. I would def. buy this again
