Sunset Sherbet emerged when Pink Panties pollinated a GSC room in San Francisco’s Sunset District around 2012, after which Sherbinski selected and developed the line. That neighborhood origin gives the rainbow-dessert name real history rather than decorative sweetness. Girl Scout Cookies and Pink Panties meet in an Indica-leaning cultivar that feels happy, creamy, and gently physical, carrying daylight color into a calmer, softer final stretch. Its name preserves both a neighborhood story and the fruit-and-cream memory that shaped Sherbinski’s selection.
Sweet citrus and tropical fruit open Sunset Sherbet with bright sherbet color, followed by berry that deepens the middle.
