Genetics and breeding history
Purple City Genetics created Canal Street Runtz from Pre-64 Runtz and THC Bomb, then carried the selection into its hash-focused El Krem breeding work. Pre-64 Runtz supplies modern fruit candy, cream, and color, while THC Bomb adds a denser, more forceful old-school Hybrid foundation beneath the bright surface.
Aroma and flavor
Berry candy, bubblegum, and sweet cream make the first impression, but sour diesel and dark fuel quickly push through the middle. A faint earthy spice ties the two sides together and gives the finish some grip. Full-size indoor buds let the structure and aromatic range show clearly in this half-ounce release, making the jar feel substantial without requiring a full-ounce commitment.

Honestly, I’ve had a great experience with Plain Jane. The quality is good, the pricing is reasonable, and I think the overall value is definitely worth it. Everything has been great so far. My only suggestion would be to expand the selection with some stronger THCA options. I think that would make an already good brand even better and really set them apart in the market. What they currently offer works for me, but I’d definitely love to see them bring more potent options in the future. Looking forward to staying a loyal customer!

Smalls are very small and there seems to be some phenotype variation in the buds with this one. All in all burns pretty damn clean. Smells good, taste good will be sampling more strains!

Another fantastic strain from Plain Jane! The aroma is absolutely mouth-watering, and the smaller buds are so easy to grind that it makes one wonder why people pay more for larger buds of exactly the same quality. And the most important part: They have a very nice high, too. Nice enough that a long, hard day easier to get through, knowing there is a Plain Jane sack waiting at home.
