Candy Truffles debuted as the first collaboration between Raw Genetics and Backpack Boyz, created by reversing Black Cherry Gelato onto Lemon Cherry Gelato and centering the modern candy-gas style. Its family tree brings Lemon Cherry Gelato × Black Cherry Gelato together. That breeding background carries into a tart cherry candy, vanilla gelato cream and tangy fruit, and skunk, modern fuel, and deep musk aromatic direction, giving the cultivar a clear identity beyond the name. That genetic foundation gives Candy Truffle both a clear family identity and a specific sensory direction.
Aroma and flavor
Tart cherry candy flashes first, followed by vanilla gelato cream and tangy red fruit. The sweetness grows richer through the middle but never loses its bright edge. Skunk and modern fuel rise on the finish, joined by a deep musky note that gives the profile a darker outline. The last impression is glossy, creamy, and gassy, with cherry still glowing through the depth.
